Salmon with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 600 gr. salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Half yellow bell pepper
  • half red pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 200 gr. mushrooms
  • 1 glass of fish broth

Precedure

  • Prepare a sauce with the well-chopped vegetables, that is, the peppers, the carrots, the onion and the mushrooms. In a buttered dish, place the salmon fillets seasoned with a pastille of avecrem de pescado. Add a pinch of salt and cover the fillets with the poached vegetables. Wash it all down with the glass of white wine and the fish broth.
  • Cover the dish and put it in the microwave for 5 or 6 minutes at maximum power.
  • Let rest for 2 or 3 minutes and serve with the vegetables. You can also serve it with some roasted or steamed potatoes
  • The rawer the salmon is, the juicier it will be. The key is to find the middle ground.
