What to cook on Halloween that is simple and fast

On Halloween we work hard to find that terrifying costume and accompany it with scary makeup, but we can also use our imagination and combine it with a special meal for this Halloween night.

If we do not have much time to invest in the kitchen, we can opt for this series of simple and quick main courses and dessert that we are going to show you below.

3 simple recipes for Halloween

First course: monster stuffed potatoes. The first step is to wash and dry the potatoes well. The number of potatoes will depend on the people who are going to eat. They are wrapped in aluminum foil and baked for 45 minutes at 200ºC. Once this time has passed, they should be allowed to cool and then split each potato in half and empty them. Fill each potato with tomato sauce, top with cheese to gratin and add decorations to taste, such as pieces of peppers and olives to simulate the face of a monster. Put them in the oven to gratin the cheese until it is completely melted. Delicious and terrifying recipe!

Second course: pizza with ghosts. Stretch the pizza dough until it is completely thin and spread the tomato sauce on top. Add oregano and black pepper, to taste, and let it bake for 5 minutes. Then cut mozzarella cheese into silhouettes of ghosts. Also add olives, ham, chicken or whatever ingredients you prefer and put it back in the oven until the dough is ready and the cheese is melted.

Dessert: cinnamon bats. Melt butter in a bowl and let it cool. Then mix sugar with cinnamon and leave it on a plate. Once you have these ingredients, take some wheat tortillas and cut them in the shape of bats. Dip the bats in the butter and then in the cinnamon sugar. Bake them for 10 minutes, being careful with the time so as not to overdo it and that they do not burn.
